The Town of Paradise Valley contracted CEI to provide full cycle acquisition services for this federally-funded project that involved sidewalk construction and landscape improvements on Lincoln Drive, a major arterial road in the Town of Paradise Valley. The goal of this project is to provide safe pedestrian linkages to nearby hiking locations, bus stops, businesses, neighborhoods, and places of worship.

The responsibilities of CEI Right of Way Agents included presenting at the Town’s Public Meetings and Board Meetings; ordering title reports; soliciting and contracting with an appraiser and reviewer; attending all site inspections; performing one Restricted Use Appraisal; drafting the required conveying documents and offer packages; presenting all offers to property owners; negotiating on behalf of the Town; coordinating with the Title company on all escrow processes; and managing all communications with property owners.
