CEI provided full service construction administration and inspection services for this intersection improvement project located at one of the busiest intersections in the City of Yuma. The 16^th Street and 4^th Avenue intersection improvements added dedicated right-turn lanes and dual left-turn lanes at all corners of the intersection and widened both 16th Street (east of 7th Avenue to east of 2nd Avenue) and 4th Avenue (south of 17th Street to 14th Place) to accommodate additional travel lanes and bike lanes. Improvements to the City’s water and sewer system were made throughout the project limits.
